Frequently asked questions
Can we hire BAMComm for one project without ongoing management?
Yes. Project-Based Consulting is available as a standalone engagement with a defined scope and objective.
Do we need to change carriers?
No. Taking your requirements to market can support negotiations with your current carrier as well as evaluate alternatives. We recommend a transition when it makes sense for your business.
Do you handle implementation or just make recommendations?
We manage the agreed work from planning through implementation and final billing verification. Responsibilities are established at the start, so you know what BAMComm will handle and where your team needs to participate.
Can you help during an acquisition or workforce reduction?
Yes. We handle account consolidation and separation, line and device changes, asset recovery, and service wind-downs. We also review existing commitments so they are considered in the plan.
Can you source devices outside the carrier?
Yes. We evaluate carrier offers and alternative suppliers based on pricing, equipment requirements, incentives, and purchasing terms.
How long does a project take?
Timing depends on the scope, provider processes, existing commitments, and required approvals. We establish a working timeline at the outset and communicate dependencies as the project progresses.
What if we need ongoing help afterward?
We can discuss an ongoing management engagement so your employees have continued support and your accounts receive regular oversight.
