Two ways to work with BAMComm.
Whether you need a one-time cleanup of a wireless account that has drifted out of control, or a long-term partner to own mobile management on your behalf, we structure the engagement around outcomes — not hours, not licenses, not hardware.
Wireless Optimization
A focused, time-bound project to audit your wireless environment, recover money already lost, and leave the account clean. Best for companies that have a stable internal owner and primarily need expert eyes on the bill.
- Line-by-line review of every active number, device, and feature
- Inventory of plans, add-ons, insurance, and international features
- Carrier contract and pricing schedule review
- Identification of overcharges, misapplied taxes, and incorrect rate plans
- Formal dispute and credit recovery with the carrier
- Cancellation of zombie lines, unused devices, and stranded features
- Right-sizing plans to actual usage patterns
- Pooled vs. unlimited modeling for your line count
- Recommendations on contract length, terms, and renewal timing
- Consolidated user-to-line mapping
- Cost-center / department allocation tagging
- Documented final state so your team can maintain it
Typical engagement
4–8 weeks · fixed scope · success-based or flat fee · single deliverable package with documented savings.
Wireless Governance
Mobile Management as a Service. We become the operator of your wireless environment — handling carrier work, billing validation, user lifecycle, and continuous optimization — so your team gets out of the carrier-support business entirely.
- Initial audit, credit recovery, plan rationalization, and account cleanup
- Re-run every quarter so savings don't erode
- We are the named point of contact with your carrier(s)
- Escalations, account-team management, and renewal negotiation
- End of carrier hold-music for your team
- Every invoice reviewed before it's paid
- Variance reporting against the prior month and approved baseline
- Credits disputed and tracked to resolution
- Activations, terminations, transfers, and number ports
- Device upgrades, replacements, insurance claims, and warranty
- International add-ons for traveling employees on request
- Approval workflow for new lines and plan changes
- Quarterly business review with savings, usage, and risk trends
- Documented policy you can hand to finance, IT, and HR
Typical engagement
Month-to-month or annual · flat per-line management fee · no long-term lock-in · replaces the need for an internal telecom manager.
What's actually included.
A quick at-a-glance comparison so you can match the engagement to where your team actually needs help.
What changes after we engage.
Both services target the same end state — a wireless account that is right-sized, clearly understood, and not eating up your team's time.
Lower monthly spend
Unused lines suspended, plans right-sized, features audited, and contract pricing aligned to market.
Recovered credits
Past billing errors disputed, refunded, and credited back — often offsetting our fee.
Zero carrier time for your team
We answer the calls, sit on hold, and handle the escalations. Your people stop being part-time telecom managers.
Carrier-agnostic clarity
We don't sell carrier plans or hardware — recommendations are based on what's right for your business.
Clean user lifecycle
Joiners, leavers, and role changes are handled the day they happen — no ghost lines accumulating.
No more billing surprises
Every invoice is checked before it hits AP. Variances are flagged and explained, not ignored.
Wireless Optimization is for you if…
- You haven't reviewed your wireless bill in 12+ months.
- You suspect you're paying for lines or features you no longer use.
- Your account team at the carrier rarely brings savings to the table.
- You have an internal owner who can maintain the account once it's cleaned up.
- You want a defined, time-bound project — not a long-term contract.
Wireless Governance is for you if…
- Wireless is owned by 'whoever picks up the phone' — usually IT or office ops.
- Your team is spending real hours every month on carrier issues, activations, and device problems.
- Costs keep drifting back up after every cleanup.
- You want a single accountable owner — without hiring a telecom manager.
- You need defensible reporting for finance, IT, and HR.
Frequently asked
Do you resell carrier service?+
No. We are carrier-independent. We don't earn commission from Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, or anyone else. Our recommendations are based only on what's right for your business.
Do we have to switch carriers?+
Almost never. The majority of our savings come from optimizing your current carrier relationship — right-sizing plans, removing waste, and correcting billing. Switching is a last resort, not a starting point.
How is pricing structured?+
Wireless Optimization is typically a flat or success-based fee tied to documented savings. Wireless Governance is a flat monthly management fee, usually priced per managed line, with no long-term lock-in.
How long until we see savings?+
First findings within 5 business days of getting access to a recent bill. Documented credits and plan changes typically apply within the next 1–2 billing cycles.
What access do you need?+
Read-only carrier portal access to start. For Governance engagements, we step in as an authorized contact so we can make changes on your behalf — never as account owner.
Not sure which fits? Send us a bill.
We'll come back with a written recommendation — including which engagement model makes sense, where the savings are, and what we'd do first.
